Doyle Rodgers, known as “The Wolfman” to metro Atlantans like myself, passed away yesterday. I’m gonna miss those cheesy Gallery Furniture ads he did, touting their stores in College Park and Gainesville. He was an Atlanta institution, much like the Empire Carpet guy for Chicagoans.

I guess now I’ll be forced to ask for Donna.
