100 Push-ups

I’ve been trying to incorporate 100 push-ups into my daily routine as a way of augmenting my irregular workout schedule. I do 50 in the morning and 50 at night in the hopes that a bigger chest will make my beer keg (some guys have a six-pack, I have a keg) look better. Now I know how Jack La Lanne can look and feel so good using “workout equipment” like a chair to do simple resistance training.
