It would be an absolute hoot to do PR for this man, if only for the fact that you would never know what he was going to say next. There’s also a choice quote from Amy Sherman-Palladino comparing her show (Gilmore Girls – finally a fresh episode tonight) to France and her timeslot competition (American Idol) to “Nazis marching through Poland.”

WWII-era despots aside, Ted does make some cogent points about media consolidation and the news business. He also mentions being and indepentdent and going to work for himself. Makes me want a bison burger from Ted’s Montana Grill.
