Sports Illustrated has a new story on Poker that’s online now. I’m not quite sure that Poker is a sport, no matter how much I love it, but they do run it on ESPN.

Nice to see even more media hopping on the Poker bandwagon. Reminds me that I need to play a few hands over the long weekend. Care to go all-in?

UPDATE: I just thought of this, but my folks used to play Pinochle once a month or so when we were kids. I wonder if I’ll be playing Poker with a big group of friends when my kids are little? They’ll come downstairs amongst the beer-drinking adults and ask for a glass of water. That’s actually a pretty cool thought. :-)
