Being a good customer

After reading Peter Davidson’s 8 rules of good customers over at Church of the Customer, I decided to do something I don’t normally do: answer a survey. In this case the survey pertained to one of my favorite products: beer. Particularly, Saranac beer which I blogged not too long ago.

It seems that Saranac is gearing up for the Holidays way in advace by polling “Club Saranac” members about what they’d like to see in their upcoming Christmas Sampler. Dubbed “12 Beers of Christmas”, this sampler is how I came to know the Saranac brand so I thought I’d help out. 4 questions and 2 minures later, I was done. You can take the survey as well if you’re interested in influencing Saranac’s winter offerings – but only if you’re a loyal beer drinker or potential drunkard. Take your pick.

For the record, I’m in favor of a wider variety of beers, 12, as oppossed to 2 each of 6 varietals. So fulfilling my duties by speaking out on behalf of a product I enjoy is thirsty work; I think I’ll have a beer. Too bad all the Saranac have been imbibed. đŸ˜‰
