The Miller Mai Tai: keeping me arms length from sobriety for the past few weekends. Here’s the recipe if your’e keen on joining me.
1) 6 ice cubes
2) 2 shots of coconut rum (I prefer Captain Morgan’s Parrot Bay, but you can use whatever rum floats your boat)
3) 5 oz. Orange-Pineapple juice
4) A splash of Grenadine
Shake all the ingredients vigorously in a martini shaker and pour into the largest tumbler in the cabinet. Drink liberally and enjoy the Summer afternoon. A fun, fruity drink for forgetting all your troubles.
