With 2 weeks to go until our beach vacation, I’m making a last-ditch effort to get just a little thinner. My plan, in twos, is below:
Per day:
2 liters of water (at least)
2 servings of vegetables
2 servings of fruits
2 servings of oatmeal
200 push-ups (A guy can dream)
200 sit-ups
2000 steps on the stairmaster (at least)
222 pounds by July 2?
If I want to look good on the beach, I have to embrace the rule of twos. At least for the next fortnight.
