Part Mop. Part Puppet. All Crazy.
The “suprise” movie Jenn and I watched on our anniversary date was the documentary March of the Penguins. I say surprise because we snuck into the theatre after Wedding Crashers. Here again, is my abbreviated review:
Liked:
1) Morgan Freeman’s narration
2) Cute baby penguins
Disliked:
1) Pacing. Much too slow.
2) Our print of the film. Much too grainy.
3) The back speakers weren’t working in our theatre.
No opinion:
1) Was this a kids’ movie or not? I don’t think I’d take any child under 8 to see it.
I’d rent this movie on DVD or watch it on PBS, or potentially even see it again (paying this time) in a better theatre. I have a feeling it was a better movie than I’m giving it credit for.
You're reading Mostly Muppet the personal blog of Seth Miller [About].
I don't really blog that much about Muppets, despite the URL, and focus mainly on Lost, etymology and whatever else strikes my fancy
