I know I’ll be voting Democrat this November, but if you’re thinking otherwise, at least consider the fact that the people running this country are slavishly devoted to the messaging and not to the success of any of their espoused ideals.
Those who continue to do the same thing over and over again expecting different results are foolish. Our leaders won’t change and Iraq won’t get better just because we want it to, or we think we can outlast the civil war/insurgency.
