Today’s beer: St. Bonafatius Pils

A nice, tart Pils to end the calendar.

Refreshing, crisp, clear. It’s a wonder we can’t make lagers like this in America.

On the whole I enjoyed the calendar, though I would’ve preferred a few more dark beers.
