What is BitTorrent?
BitTorrent is a fast, powerful, and spyware-free way to download large files online. Instead of downloading files from a central server, you download from other people who are also downloading the file. The more popular the file, the faster it is for everyone!
If you've never used BitTorrent before and you're using Windows, just click on the "Easy Downloader" link next to the file you want. Open the Easy Downloader (by clicking "open" in your browser, or by saving it to your Desktop and double clicking on it). That will install the Blogtorrent plugin and begin downloading the file you want. Note: if you already have a BitTorrent client installed, you do not need the Easy Downloader, just click on the .torrent file.
If you're using a Mac, download BitTorrent for Mac OS X . After downloading, drag it to your Applications folder to install. Next, click on the torrent file above. Once that file downloads-- it will just take a second-- double click on it to start the bittorrent download.
