I’ve been thinking a lot about conflict today. I love to argue; to
debate. Enjoying the subtleties of viewpoints is one of my favorite
pasttimes. Personal differences, actual fighting and bickering is
pretty tiresome, though.
Jenn is going through the latter, a pretty vicious fight with a friend
named Tracy. Tracy and Jenn worked together at Hingepoint and formed
Axiom3 together. [...]
I’ve let Attack of the Clones simmer in my mind (thank you, Kissing
Jessica Stein) for a few days, and I’ve come to the conclusion that it
was pleasant. Before the movie I had great apprehensions. Phantom
Menace was glossy and dull at the same time. Jokey and also over
serious - a study in contradictions. I’ll use a [...]
I’ve always like 3 Musketeers better than Milky Way or Snickers. No
real reason, I just do. I also prefer 5th Avenue to Butterfinger.
To consider: why does nougat look brown in some candy bars (Milky Way)
and white in others (Baby Ruth)? Think about that.

I ate dinner last night with Jennifer and Matt Wilkerson. Matt just got
a new job in St. Petersburg, FL so I may not see them again for a
while. We ate some spicy Thai food, met up with other pals and drank a
little. Unfortunately, a huge thunderstorm raced through Atlanta
forcing us all to flee back home, [...]
Jenn is leaving for the weekend to go visit her brother in Fort Bragg,
N.C. My In-laws are going as well - Jenn’s nephew, Trevor, is
graduating from Preschool, so they ought to have fun.
They also have plans to see Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones
on Saturday. I think I’ll do the same, if only [...]
