Two opinion pieces today from two of America’s best selling authors. First, the simple Minnesota humor and charm of Garrison Keillor as he explains that We’re Not in Lake Wobegon Anymore. Next, the much-awaited USA Today piece by Flint, Michigan’s own Michael Moore: The GOP doesn’t reflect America.

Both are getting heavy rotation on the blogs today, and surprisingly, Keillor’s is the more venomous attack, while Moore’s straightforward stance is taken almost directly from the “How to talk to your conservative brother-in-law” chapter of his book “Dude, where’s my country?” Read them both.
