Great idea to start your Monday: Hummamole/Guacammus
Ingredients:
- Chickpeas
- Sesame Tahini
- Avocado
- Lime Juice
- Cilantro
- Roasted Red Peppers or Chili Peppers
- Olive Oil
Part Hummus. Part Guacamole. All Delicious.
I haven’t actually made a batch yet, preferring to settle on a name first. So, what do you think: Hummamole or Guacammus?
I personally believe this would be a wonderful dip for both tortilla chips or pita bread; a real winner.
Yum – I am intrigued! What proportions are you considering for the mixture?
I like “guacammus”
I dunno, Lady Crumpet. As soon as I decide upon a name, I’ll mix up a batch.
My main concern: consistency. I want something substantial but not too gluey.
