Home again, home again

Well, we survived. What more can you say about a 4-day trip to Sin City
bookended by a late night and a red-eye, cross-country flight.
We stayed at the fabulous Flamingo hotel and casino and saw Mystere
(Cirque du Soleil) at Treasure Island and Jubilee at Bally’s. Lots of
prime rib and crab legs were had by all.

I didn’t win a bunch of money, but I had a great time. The highlight of
the trip was Sunday night: Jenn, Graham, my Mom and I went to the top
of the Eiffel Tower at Paris. From that vantage point we saw the
fountains at Bellagio do their nightly dance. Awesome.

I could go on for days about the great weather (85 and a little breezy,
no humidity) and the opulence of the casinos (Wow!), but my hands are
already tired. Also as a bonus, I’m about 1/2 done with The
Corrections, due to spending over 9 hours on planes.
I can’t wait to go back. Maybe I’ll write more later.
