In case you needed a reminder, there are only 31 shopping days left until Christmas.

I know what you’re thinking: “Gee, thanks a lot for bursting my bubble, Seth. I don’t have the tree or the decorations up, AND it’s not even Thanksgiving!”

I hear ya, brother. Jenn & I are in the same boat. I just barely have my Christmas list sketched out as a Word document and poor Jenn hasn’t even’t started on hers. Raelyn is the most woefully underprepared of all – the child hasn’t even bothered to master a spoken or written language yet, so it looks like coal for her.

In all seriousness, I wish I had been more like Bill (and Alecia) and done a wishlist on Amazon. As it stands, my list just points folks to Froogle for the best prices, but having all the merchandise on one site (a la Jeff Bezos’ river-themed site) would probably expedite the entire process and save me the trouble of both typing and surfing.

Oh well, there’s always next year. With the rate things are headed, I’d better start on my ’04 Xmas list now.
