My 50″ by 50″ poster of the Marvel Universe, circa 1987, sold at our garage sale on Saturday.

To a hip yet geeky couple (the girlfriend/wife actually made the purchase) who were Florida fans.

I know. The likely cause of the close game with Colorado.

Seriously. I believe the superstitious hype.

Anyhow, if I’d have had it running, they’d have bought the arcade cabinet and any comics I wanted to sell.

I hadn’t really found a home for the old Marvel poster, but I was debating giving Bill’s DC Universe poster a run for it’s money here at the office.

Still, I’ll always have my memories.
