Today’s beer: Kloster Urstoff Märzen

This is my least favorite beer thus far.

There’s a weird “white whiskey” flavor in the nose & palette that just feels “off” to me.

Not like others of the style I’ve had and not like German beers typically taste.

In all honesty this is like a half-hearted American interpretation of a Märzen.

Still, it’s beer, so: PROST!
