New Style Recipe

If you’re reading this post in RSS, you’re missing out on the new site style. Here are the requisite props for what you now see before you:

CSS Style: Fresh Mondrian, by Francey. Found on Alex King’s site.
Background Pattern: SquidFingers #110 #124 – I can’t decide.
Color Scheme: colormatch redux, base color #223344

Hope you like it.

UPDATE: TrackBack fix via Rob Corr, found on WordPress’ Support Forums.

UPDATE II: Font: Georgia, of course.

  1. Yeah, I just noticed that the background of your content only stretches to match this main column. So on the comments pages, if the content area isn’t very long, the left nav text will break out of the div. I struggled with getting my divs to expand and contract correctly on my site, it was a bitch to deal with. (Still better than tables, though!)

Also, the trackback entries in the comments pages stretch outside the border of the content page.

Small nitpicks, but if you’re like me, you’ll want to know about them so you can wipe them out. 🙂
