Frighteningly enough, I used to want to work in Advertising.
Now, though, I work in Television (new media for TV, but still) which is actually quite similar.

It’s not a real Monster ad, Seth, it’s a parody done by an ad agency. So Monster didn’t request the embed embargo, the agency did.
Either way, it’s their loss.
