If you can hear me, God, please protect me from your believers. It seems that I couldn’t avoid commenting on the brouhaha surrounding Mel Gibson’s The Passion of the Christ.

A theater here in Georgia is printing tickets that include the “mark of the beast”, 666, as part of the ticket number. People are very concerned about this dire spiritual development and are pondering it’s importance even now as I type this entry.
