A prescription from Dr. Seth

I’m not a doctor, but I play one on this blog. This week’s lesson concerns a healthy diet and how to effectively avoid having one.

Part One: Fast Food.
Jenn & I did the drive-thru for lunch (Chik-Fil-A) and dinner (Wendy’s). Food just tastes better when it’s deep-fried.

Part Two: Leftovers.
With Jenn going to GDC for the rest of the week, I’ll be dining on cold pizza. Raelyn will be having leftover hotdogs, used fruit and slightly-chewed green beans and corn.

Part Three: Meals in Boxes.
I just prepared two boxes of macaroni and cheese for mealtime during my adventure into single-parenthood. Boxed meals are key to maintaining a robust waistline and the appearance of actual cooking.

There you have it; three steps to a less healthy you. As an added bonus, you’ll have more free time to ponder the relative quality of french fries from different QSRs and the zen of trans-fat.

Bon Apetit!
